EnA#3: "Great stroke! Don't stop breathing!"- Swimming

Swimming is always a famous activity especially for children that enjoy playing water on pool. However, in fitness industry, swimming is also a popular activity. When in contact with client that suffers certain injury or obese problem, the trainers will always recommend their clients to start with swimming. This is not just because of the resistance water bring in every movement and cause the burn of fat but also because the buoyancy water is able to support the body and hence significantly reduce the stress and tension of the joints suffered. 

When we talk about swimming as competition sports, everyone knows Michael Phelps. While I am like others have almost 0 knowledge about swimming principles and theories but I'm luckily to have a swimmer who reach national level as friend.

NnF#2: Understand about Protein

“You need to have more protein in your diet if you want build muscle.” My buddy said this to me when I was just entered into workouts. But the question is why? I believe people learn about the term protein, I’ve encounter it in science subject whenever I approach the nutrition chapter. And after study science for years, can you recall the functions or at least basic info about protein?

We can't depend on pills and powders to get our life through, it's necessary for us to eat. Nowadays with hasty and fast rhythm of lifestyle, we are now having fast food and eating outside more frequent than ever.

Basic kickings, blocks and punchings 5 minutes

Combination of basic and coordinations 5 Minutes

Poomsae - Series of movements and combinations of kicks and punches 5 Minutes
